Last War leaders need communicate a game plan about growing power. This is the best way to provide protection (as a deterrent) and in any NAP agreements. If you are in your first 8-16 weeks, you should not be wasting troops when not needed.

Enemy Buster VS chests are not as important right now as committing and losing 20-40 thousand troops per base. The cost to a commander to lose ~80 million in food/iron sets each commander back by 4-5 days.

Commanders should not be upgrading or researching anything until they level up to at least level 27 HQ. After that, the focus should still be on upgrading only these items. However, some tech research is okay between levels 27-30 due to the lengthy build times. The primary research being the Special Forces Tech tree.

🛡️ Be prepared to use shields! Two 12 hour shields.
🛡️ Do not waste troops for Buster! Attack if you want, be cautious, use shields OR take troops off the wall.

🛑 Do NOT lose troops. It costs ~80 million in food/iron to train 20k troops.

🛑 DO NOT ATTACK OUR VS OPPONENT! SHIELD or be OK with no troops on the wall and hive up before reset.

🧠 You need to upgrade your power and your HQs quickly to level 27. Two full racks of troops is ~160 million. 

🧠 A full drill grounds will add ~10 million to your power.
