R5s need to organize and distribute the daily tasks among all R4s. There must be a consistency that the alliance members can expect. You also need to be sending out routine emails on all events. You may have new alliance members that do not “know” what your guys have gotten in their inbox routinely.

You want to send out a daily email that covers Versus and other various items. Pack the emails with custom alliance operating procedures, current alliance politics (such as allies), NAP changes, etc.

Communicate with your alliance body. In my experience, this game is dominated by professionals, not kids. These are people who do big things IRL. They have disposable money to burn. They are professionals and so treat and think of them as such.

Daily Email

Each day, alliance Versus instructions and power up instructions should be sent out to alliance members. Any important notes should also be included. I have included ours below. Please make them your own.

These emails need to be sent out 1 hour before reset except on Sundays! Sunday, send by 1PM EST so alliance members can get on resource tiles for Versus.

Find your current daily email for Versus and copy/paste it to your in-game mail:

Capital Day/Warzone Duel

Capital Day and Warzone Duel will occur on Saturdays. They will alternate.

Capital Day

Capital Day is where the top 3 alliances that are holding level 6 cities compete for the Capital. Usually, they have a rotation. All the other alliances typically cannot hit the guns or the Capital. BUT, you can still get points. This is really depending on how the server sets it up. But, tile hits are allowed. Do this to get honor points. Copy/Paste this into an email on Friday evening:

πŸ† Capital Day
πŸ“… Tomorrow at 10AM EST
⏰ West Coast people set your alarms if you want honor points!

βœ… Find occupied resource tiles in the mud and hit them.

βœ… Max out your honor points

❌ Do NOT attack the Capital!
❌ Do NOT attack the Guns surrounding the Capital!

Warzone Duel

Warzone Duel is much different than Capital Day. Your server is pitted against another server. You will either attack or defend. There are a lot of rewards and honor points for this event.

Attacking

Copy/Paste this email when attacking:

πŸ† Warzone Duel: Attacking
πŸ“… Prep: Tomorrow at 9AM EST
πŸ“… Tomorrow at 10AM EST
⏰ West Coast people set your alarms if you want honor points!

βœ… Warp into the enemy server at the same time! Follow the Alliance Chat.

βœ… Attack the target gun.
βœ… Attack bases that are smaller than you.
βœ… Max out your honor points

🧠 Toggle your defenses depending on the base that is attacking you!

❌ Avoid attacking the whales!
❌ Do NOT attack our own server bases!
Defending

Copy/Paste this email when defending:

πŸ† Warzone Duel: Defending
πŸ“… Prep: Tomorrow at 9AM EST
πŸ“… Tomorrow at 10AM EST
⏰ West Coast people set your alarms if you want honor points!

βœ… Warp into a grid to surround the closest gun to our hive. No gaps! Keep your defenses up until the grid breaks.

βœ… Occupy (Reinforce) the gun closest to our hive
βœ… When not on a gun, smoke enemy server bases that port in.
βœ… Max out your honor points

❌ Do NOT attack our own server bases!

Train Conductor

The train conductor has some of the best rewards of the game. It’s really random if it gets robbed. Most of the time, your trains will. Unless you have a $50,000 whale, there are plenty of players big enough to rob you.

We rotate ours. We keep a cooldown list of people who have recently went. You must have 25 trade contracts and make the train gold. Anyone who has that and not on the list, rolls dice. Announce your cooldown list 5 minutes after reset.

Saturday Weekly Summary

You should use Saturday to send out a custom weekly summary. Use this time to send praise to those R4s who step up and stand on business. You may view an example of ours here:

Weekly Summary Example

Marshall Guard Schedule

You should run Marshall Guard on a schedule. The preferred time is 30 minutes after reset. A Marshall Guard email and an announcement should accompany each Marshall Guard.

Marshall Guard Announcement:

Use this “Email” to copy/paste into your alliance mail:

❌ No rallies other than Marshall!!! ❌
βœ… Always have your own Marshall rally started with your weakest squad.
βœ… Only send your 1st squad in an R4's rally.
βœ… Send all of your squads, at the same time, to hit Marshall.
⚠️ Kick people whose march time is greater than rally departure time.
❌ Don't start rallies if they will not make it to Marshall before the end of the event. ❌
➑️ Hit the help button, always. ⬅️

βœ… The topmost rally is the one you join if you’re march is less than the time of the rally departure. Otherwise, go to the next one.

βœ… Do nothing else but Marshall Guard! You must always be policing your rallies. Keep the slow people that arrive after the rally departure time. Each rally is 3 minutes. If it’s longer than that, kick the slowest player.

Zombie Siege

Zombie Siege will appear on Tuesdays on certain “down” weeks. When it pops up, you need to run it within two days. It will cost troops. If you plan to run Buster Day, you should prepare to do that by Wednesday. Else, you can wait until Friday before reset for your larger wave. Keep in mind, Buster Day is around the corner.

Your alliance should have the minimum number of troops by Sunday for their squads. This is enough for the first couple of stages.

Your members should have their defenses up. There will be 20 waves of zombies. They need to heal quickly just like in Marshall Guard.

I will be adding an announcement image in coming weeks. For now, announce to your alliance that zombie siege is ready and make sure they have troops and that their defenses are set. Send an email to let them know to have troops on their wall. They should be setting their 1st squad only unless they have a strong 2nd squad.

Use this “Email” to copy/paste to your alliance mail:

Zombie Siege
When: Thursday 30 minutes After Reset

Zombies are coming! Be prepared defend your base! It lasts for 30 minutes. There will be 20 waves. Please do the following to prepare in the meantime:

βœ… Train train train troops!

During Zombie Siege:

❌ No resource gathering for your squads that are defending your wall!!! ❌

βœ… Only set your 1st squad on the wall unless your 2nd squad is strong. It is typically a waste of troops to run your 2nd squad.

⚠️ Heal in small batches. If there are 20 people online, batches of 40. Adjust down depending on how many are online.

❌ Don't start rallies. Do not gather resources! ❌

➑️ Hit the help button, always. ⬅️

Stronger Bases During Zombie Siege:

βœ… Reinforce smaller bases with your 2nd squad (and others IF they are strong)

General’s Trial

Generals Trial is an event where individuals will select their difficulty level and defeat 30 levels of zombie bosses that look like Marshall. Your members should ideally be selecting the highest levels that your top tier players can defeat and use those players in rallies.

Alliance General trial is contingent upon individual General Trials. For example, if 12 individuals complete all 30 stages of level 3, then 3 levels of alliance General Trials becomes available. This is really important as everyone gets 3 levels of rewards!

You need to make the following announcement at reset when General’s Trial is available:

General Trial:

Select the highest level available to you!
Use rallies for the difficult levels!

Your top-tier players should be told to select only what they can beat. They will need to fill in on alliance member’s rallies. This will most likely be implicit, though.

Meteorite Iron War

A meteorite will land on a server capital mud. Your alliance needs to mine it. Chances are, your guys are not whales. Use this email

πŸš€ Meteorite Landing
Landing on Server #

πŸ“… When? Tomorrow ten minutes after reset

⏰ There are two rounds that are ONLY 30 minutes. Do miss it!

πŸ›‘οΈ Have a bubble ready. Use at your discretion
βœ… Mine the meteor fragments
πŸ”₯ When you mine the rare fragments, you get more points BUT rivals will target you! In which case, bubble

⚠️ Teleporting your base outside of the mud, you can keep your bubble! Teleporting your base in the mud, you lose your bubble!

Leadership Schedule

Fill out the following pre-formatted email with your assigned R4 names:

⭐ This Weeks Rotation: ⭐

πŸ“… Marshall Guard primary:
πŸ“… Marshall Guard instructor:
πŸ“… Marshall Guard fallback: ANY R4/R5 - run 45 minutes after reset

πŸ“… Train Conductor primary:
πŸ“… Train Conductor instructor:
πŸ“… Train Conductor fallback: ANY R4/R5 - announce 15 minutes after reset.

πŸ“… Daily mail primary:
πŸ“… Daily mail instructor:
πŸ“… Daily mail fallback: ANY R4/R5 - send 30 minutes before reset

πŸ“… Zombie Siege primary:
πŸ“… Zombie Siege instructor:
πŸ“… Zombie Siege fallback: ANY R4/R5 - send communications 1 day before event, announce 30 minutes after reset, run 45 minutes after reset.

➑️ Weekly Leadership Rotation

⚠️ NOTE from R5: Communicate with your alliance body. In my experience, this game is dominated by professionals, not kids. These are people who do big things IRL. They have disposable money to burn. They are professionals and so treat and think of them as such. Finally:

βš–οΈ Keep a cool head.

πŸ† Move slow and deliberate on persuasion and communication. We influence. Not dictate.

🧠 "The worst decision is none at all." Make decisions quickly when needed. A plan will hatch. But just do something when it needs to be done, whether right or wrong.

βš–οΈ Finally, keep a cool head.

➑️ These are tasks that either I have to do, or R4s. Please fill in what you are willing to take on if it's blank.

➑️ All instructions, including copy/paste announcements, emails, and images are here:

S-Tier Heroes: The Best of the Best
    ‍

S-Tier heroes are the most powerful units in the game, excelling in multiple modes and offering game-changing abilities.

    ‍

Whether you’re focusing on PvP dominance, PvE efficiency, or large-scale war battles, these heroes are the ones you want to build your squad around.

    ‍

    1. Kimberly – The AoE Destruction Machine
    ‍

Kimberly is a devastating area-of-effect (AoE) attacker, capable of wiping out groups of enemies in seconds. She’s especially strong in Frostfire Mine and large-scale SvS battles, where crowd control and multi-target damage are key.

    ‍

Her high damage output and solid survivability make her one of the best heroes for both PvP and PvE modes. If you need a hero who can clear waves of enemies fast, Kimberly is a must-have.

    ‍

    2. DVA – The Single-Target Boss Killer
    ‍

DVA is the go-to hero for taking down priority targets, making her exceptional in PvP duels and PvE raids. Her high burst damage allows her to eliminate tanks and support heroes before they become a threat.

    ‍

To get the most out of DVA, position her safely in the backline and pair her with a defensive tank to protect her while she deals massive damage.

    ‍

    3. Williams – The Ultimate Defensive Tank
    ‍

A well-built team isn’t complete without a frontline tank, and Williams is the best in the game. His team-wide damage reduction skills make him an essential pick for PvP battles, base defense, and war rallies.

    ‍

He absorbs a massive amount of damage, allowing damage dealers like Kimberly and DVA to operate without getting wiped out. If you need a rock-solid frontline unit to anchor your team, Williams is your best choice.

A-Tier Heroes: Strong Picks with High Value
    ‍

A-Tier heroes are solid, reliable choices that can perform well across multiple game modes. While they may lack the overwhelming power of S-Tier heroes, they are still valuable assets, especially when paired with the right team composition.

    ‍

    1. Murphy – A Durable Tank with Team Buffs
    ‍

Murphy is an excellent alternative to Williams, offering strong defensive stats while also boosting team survivability with HP and attack buffs.

    ‍

He works particularly well in longer PvP fights and defensive formations, ensuring that damage dealers have enough time to do their job. While he isn’t as tanky as Williams, his buffing abilities make him an essential part of many teams.

    ‍

    2. Schuyler – The PvP Crowd Controller
    ‍

Schuyler excels in PvP battles thanks to her ability to stun and paralyze enemies, effectively disrupting enemy formations.

    ‍

This makes her an ideal pick for players who rely on control strategies rather than brute force. She’s particularly effective against high-burst attackers like DVA, as her stuns can shut them down before they get the chance to deal damage.

    ‍

    3. Fiona – The Versatile Multi-Target Attacker
    ‍

Fiona is a solid damage dealer, capable of hitting multiple targets at once, making her effective in PvE missions and mid-scale PvP battles.

    ‍

While she isn’t as powerful as Kimberly in terms of AoE damage, she still provides reliable multi-target damage that can help clean up enemy squads. Fiona is best used in teams with high durability tanks who can protect her while she unleashes damage.

Zombie siege. Once an R4/R5 selected the level and started the event the zombie will attack so:

The event is based on levels, similar on how Alliance Exercise works, the higher the level the more difficult it is but at the same time the better the rewards.

The zombies will attack alliance member bases with multiple waves, a total of 20.

If a base is breached no further attack will be done against that base.

Below the power of doom waves attacking your bases based on the Zombie Siege level. At the beginning it is only 1 zombie that attacks the base but then as you can see in the table they attack in 2 or 3 zombies at once with a very high power.

Stronger player can reinforce weaker player, but at level 1 everyone should be able to withstand all 20 waves, if they were alerted in time to set defenses on walls.

Here a video of some waves at level 1:

    Min power: 782K (wave 1 level 1)
    Max power: 4.5 M (wave 20 level 1)
