A Quorum is established as a minimum of 5 members or 10% of the Discord enrollment of alliance members, whichever is greater. A vote is one per alliance member, each alliance member, regardless of position, counting as 1.

The requirement to vote is being an alliance member. All votes must run for a minimum of 24 hours. Rules and legislation are adopted with a minimum majority vote with an established quorum. Where participation is below the thresholds of a quorum, the R5 reserves the right to adopt the legislation or rule.

Any change that affects the daily activities of the alliance shall be adopting by popular vote of the entire alliance membership. Any actionable war item, time sensitive items, shall be adopted by R4 membership. Any negative items outside of NAP that affect a member shall be adopted by unanimous decision of R4. This means that expulsion of a member must be adopted by all R4 members, whoever voted.

As it pertains to time sensitive items and to breaking rules… Any rules in place that affect a member’s enrollment can be enforced immediately by any R4/R5. Any time sensitive manners of a bad actor that is detrimental to the alliance, R4/R5 members can take immediate action. NAP regulations are enforced immediately as it pertains to membership. We adopt NAP as alliance regulations.
