R5 Vote in January
There has been some contention towards elections– a Democratic Republic. The Alliance may want to be ruled by an “iron fist” and not be member-driven. To commit to the vision and to give the Alliance their choice, I will hold the R5 position to vote on January 1st. Until then, I will assume the role of the “bad guy” and subject the Alliance to elections.
Alliance Democracy
Democracy will never move without someone spearheading it. I assume this on my own. I assume that I will make many enemies. I assume this and understand that the game will probably no longer be fun for me.
In the past, I was stuck as a nobody in an alliance. I wanted to play a strategic game. Instead, it was “don’t do that. Get off WC. Move here. Do this”. Fking sucked…

Step One: Commitment to Fairness
I pledge to subject myself to the same election process as other R4 members and with Bobby’s suggestion, promoting equality and fairness within the Alliance.

Step Two: Supporting the Vision
I will maintain the R5 role until January to ensure this democratic republic has been given a fighting chance within the Alliance– No matter how painful it is to lose friends and make enemies.

Step Three: Supporting Transition
In January, the R5 position will be open for vote, allowing members to democratically select their leader for a transparent governance transition.
