NOTE: This decision was passed on a very early time of organization. The quorum and the vote is UNKNOWN. Conductor is decided on the following:

1.1. Members with 25 tickets are eligible unless on a cooldwon period.

1.2 Cooldown period: if a member has conducted the train in 10 days.

2.1 All eligible member (25 tickets) roll dice. The highest dice wins. Tie breakers are decided by re-rolls.
