We have seen some rotation from other larger alliances come to us. This is unique to us as we have typically been a farm for recruitment. While we are a Republic, I want to set a voice for SCAM. We are transparent and stand on our honor. We can be trusted. We are a drama free alliance. We weed out any drama upfront. We are all working professionals that come here to have fun. Anything that smells rotten, we stop it before it festers. We have learned through experience by placing so much of the alliance’s fun at risk my entertaining this in the past. That was my learning experience to absorb and I am accountable.

We saw an 8.08% growth in alliance power. We have increased our level 27+ bases by 233% (3 vs 7)! We have 7 level 26 bases. In ~2 weeks, we should be looking at 14 level 27 bases. We are beginning to level the playing field in terms of combat effectiveness and now we must demonstrate great tactics in combat.

Our leadership is strong. Mater was reinstalled by vote. Sorry in advance Bo0by, we will be running his seat for re-election. Before I post R5 for vote, I would love to see a stable R4 body that has all been re-elected, affirming their importance:

• Regular election: Mater vs Dipssie 12:10. Mater won by a 20% margin against a tough opponent
• Special election: Dipssie, Bones2, Tony: 7:5:3.

Tactical

We began to run Enemy Buster, cautious of our troop spend.

Versus

Our opponent was server 1810, The Rowdy Bunch (ACID). We lost 4:9.

Summary

We have seen a sudden decrease in voter participation of 55.9%. We held steady on MG and event participation. It’s too soon to draw conclusions. We are stable and ready to take on personnel challenges as we are working to absorb another alliance.
