Season 1 has kicked off and our R4s are handling business. My 3 week absence solidifies the notion that our R4s are the actual leadership and R5 is merely a keeper of democracy; R5s main role for SCAM is to ensure that we are operating as a Democratic Republic and that our rules (which our members should be largely unaware of) are set in writing and properly voted upon. With that system in place, our R4s have the ability to stand on business and the Alliance has the ability to change that when we fail as a team.

Bugs has been at the forefront of alliance-to-alliance operations. He has spearheaded a close releationship with TBs. He has brought in TBs alt accounts which further extends our relationship with them. He is brokering a cross server deal with DADs (1800) to trade land space there. Finally, he has spearheaded our advance to secure 1 city, 2 lvl 2 strongholds, and 2 lvl 3 strongholds! For day 6 of Season 1, he has led our relations and our alliance map strat.

Our R4 team is rotating responsibilities and cross training. They have stood on our MG/Zombie siege; they have ran daily ops with Season 1 success in mind. They have disseminated training and strategic info to the member body.

Regular elections will resume. We are 5 weeks? behind with Maters exit. So, we will double up re-elections to get back on track. My goal is to vote on R5 BY February 1st. IF any objections, please raise a petition simply by voicing it in AC. On a second motion, it will stand to popular vote to change this.

Versus

Our opponent was server 1812, Entre Birras y Risas (TAPA). We lost 12:1. They outpaced us each time we took the lead, spending what they needed to win.

Summary

We should get back on track this week and next. As it stands, things are moving quickly and we will lean on Bugs and the R4 team to spearhead us to the Capital just behind TBs!
