Changes
This week we had to take a hard stance on NAP 7 violations. We passed by unanimous R4/R5 vote that anybody raiding any alliance on the server, anybody that raids tasks or trucks on server, would be kicked from the alliance. We have had a few offenses. Those that were kicked were immediately allowed to rejoin– and they did. It is merely a call-to-attention tactic to get those on board. We still have a few problem individuals to work through. We are mainly keeping that mess out of Alliance chat and World chat.
We have had a substantial increase with R4 leadership involvement; all routine functions have been handled solely by R4s. LB has been trained by M and B to conduct the train and run Marshall Guard. R4s have policed the alliance regulations. Our next move is to get R4s involved in server-wide politics.
LB has spearheaded a guerilla recruitment drive, slipping in those DMs and poaching from other alliances. It appears that we have gained 3 players from such scandalous activity. I think the D and M were also involved; to what extent and to what success is yet to be determined.

Tactical
We were invited by TBS1 leader to participate and defend the capital in Warzone Duel. While we did not prepare, we were successful in that even we had a great deal of our active members in that event. We will need to be better prepared for next week as that will be the final duel.
Versus
Our opponent was server 1796, Garuda Tempur (GT96). We lost every day this week in points.
Buster Day
Our alliance successfully implemented an attacker/reinforcer strategy and did quite well holding our own. While the rival alliance outpaced us, we brought the heat.
I personally scored 5 million points in reinforcing alone. Working collectively with H, RK, AN, and B2, we stood on business and ashed those that weren’t bubbled.
Summary
Active alliance members are approximately one-third of the body. We had a Marshall Guard and voting remained at one-third with a slight decrease in 4 players. All data suggests that we are about 30 active and participating members.
Our alliance power increased 16.7%. This is a substantial increase given that these numbers were calculated after Warzone Duel emptied everyone’s drill grounds. We can attribute this to recruiting stronger players.
Focus Next Week
We will continue to practice our collective leadership model to provide consistency and accuracy on events and handling issues.
We will continue to engage the alliance in daily emails, how tos, and strategy outlines. We will work on distributing R4/R5 workload so that there is some redundancy and consistency amongst the leadership. We may see a rotation of daily tasks to the newly elected R4. This would need to be passed by vote.
We need to work on gathering data from various events. We also need to work on tracking NAP7 offenders.
