Summary

We have had a mass exodus. Since I was given R5 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have had several individuals discontent over three pillars I stand on:

• Elections
• Active R4s. R4s that make decisions. R4s that are not emotional.
• Everyone is an adult. Treat the Alliance body as such.

I have personally heard what many of you do and gotten to know who you are. You are CTOs, managers, CEOs/business owners, technicians and craftsman. Frankly speaking. I have dealt with R4s referring to the body as “children”. I have had R4s and members on the fence about leaving. I have had R4s wanting to ax people for not hiving up.

With that said, many of those individuals I wanted to move on. There will be more that leave. The R4s who left are actively recruiting many of you. I expect the next week to see more numbers leave.

I will reiterate what I communicated this week. We have a body of active players and casual players. We are not removing players because they don’t hive up. It’s a non-issue. Destroying inter-server politics, we must act on. Our primary focus is getting R4s into a management routine. I will post on what we expect from R4s separately.

We are holding emergency elections to install a fill those vacancies that opened up. H has joined the R4 roster and is an R5 in the second year. I fully expect more to leave and we will be holding elections to fill those vacancies.

General Stats

• Wednesday MG: 35.4% participation (34/96).
• Beginning Alliance Power: 7th (1.41mill): TBS1, Cong, Muso, LGRT, WRZS, USV (formerly Z1ON), SCAM, SofB, Choi, LIFE
• Ending Alliance Power: 8th (1.48mill): TBS1, Cong, Muso, WRZS, LGRT, USV (formerly Z1ON), SofB, SCAM, COng, LIFE
• Desert Storm: Lost A forfeited B. 30% participation (6/20).

Election Results

• Nominees: 2
• Voting Results: 51.5% participation (50/97) C 64.0% | B 24%
• Uptick in voting of +11, a 28.2% increase

Tactical

We are in “base upgrade” mode for the next 2-4 weeks. We need level 27 bases quickly. We will not be participating in Enemy Buster and other events that costs troops and resources.

Versus

Our opponent was server 1800, Soberanos(SBNS). We lost every day this week in points. They had 3 level 27 commanders.

Buster Day

H33 brokered a truce with the rival alliance. That went south after H33 left. He was discontent ever since I took over and that’s okay. It may have been a coincidence on timing. However, we should all be bubbling up for the foreseeable future.

Summary

Active alliance members are approximately 52% of the body. This is a surge over last week. However, the mass exodus will probably change that in the coming weeks and we expect to see more individuals leaving.

Focus Next Week

We will continue to practice our collective leadership model to provide consistency and accuracy on events and handling issues.

We will continue to engage the alliance in daily emails, how tos, and strategy outlines. We will work on distributing R4/R5 workload so that there is some redundancy and consistency among the leadership.

We need to work on gathering data from various events. We also need to work on tracking NAP7 offenders.

We will bubble for Enemy Buster.

We need to focus our HQ and upgrade strategy to quickly obtain lvl 27 HQs.
