There are 2 topics to discuss. 1) We have voted in a roadmap of bylaws to use for the next 20 weeks as we anticipate a changing of the guard. 2) The whole server is pincered by Zeus and ForA (1802). It seems our top 3 whale alliances are finding it difficult to hold them at bay and the remaining alliances are F2P.

Cong is overwhelmed to the west by ForA. ForA currently holds land adjacent to the Capital and adjacent to a level 6 city. It is safe to assume they are going to take that city and vie for control of the Capital. TBs is overwhelmed by Zeus to the south. Currently, Zeus is 2 provinces from the Capital. They are adjacent to a level 5 city. They can make a push on Wednesday to capture it. We are in the fight with TBs and thus far, what Zeus has contested, they have won– 100% of their battles. Both alliances have us pincered and will take control of the Capital. Get prepared for that outcome — unless you have about $20,000 times 20 players and care to send via wire transfer as Venmo/CashApp has small limits.

Personally, I sincerely believe we will not be effective in fighting PvP. The reason is that we have no $5k/month spenders. This game is very much based on that. So, I tell you that so you ARE NOT discouraged by losing battles in PvP. TBs has a player that spends $200/day ONLY ON TRAINS. All day, closer to $2k/week. That player IS NOT defeating Zeus and isn’t even top in the server group outlaying $80k/year. How much money do you have to throw at this game? REMEMBER: THIS GAME IS DESIGNED SO THAT MONEY IS THE ONLY STRATEGY TO WIN LONG-TERM IN PVP BATTLES! If in doubt, read that last sentence and the previous paragraph.

We have finalized (or finalizing) all bylaws that put us in place for the next 20 weeks. How did we get here on week 22?

I took control of the alliance on week 2. I envisioned a Democratic Republic. I wanted 2 cycles of R4 elections and then 1 R5 election. We are there and on schedule. We, as an alliance, have voted in a structure of organization. I want EVERY MEMBER TO CAREFULLY REVIEW OUR BYLAWS HERE:

R4s… it is your duty to know and read the bylaws that we have voted in. It is about 2 minutes of reading material. We should conduct ourselves according to what the wishes of the alliance body is. That is expressed in an orderly fashion through the system we use.

Fairness and equality come through this system. When you take that R4 position, this is what we do. R5 position is the same. We all have a responsibility in this game. Otherwise, there are unlimited R3 positions. We have a great crew. We strike these words for all who come after us. We may move on. Our system will remain.

Summary

Our power jumped from 8th place to 6th place. However, I am cautious about celebrating this number as everyone is in the throes of Enemy Buster at the time of writing this. It does, however, demonstrate just how close 6th, 7th, and 8th positions are.

The alliance is growing anxious to kick up MG and Zombie siege. We have defeated 7th difficulty with ease in 7-8 minutes. This is an R4 responsibility to decide. Bones has raised the petition a couple of times.

We have concluded my full term in office as R5. During my tenure in office, we established a Democratic Republic, we defined what it means to be an R4 and an R5, we spearheaded a set of laws that hold us accountable to each other, and we cut nepotism and cronyism out of SCAM entirely. I URGE you to review our site and raise your voice on anything that looks out of place or you disagree on.

The next 20 weeks will be led by Bugs (unless new nominations arrive by tomorrow at reset). We wish him the very best in this new position and God speed on all our endeavors together.
